Hot-desking is a workspace arrangement in which workstations are occupied on an as-need basis by various people at various times. Usually, the goal is to reduce redundant office space in order to maximise space efficiency and lower real estate costs. Hot desks can be used in both coworking areas and private offices. Hot-desking is frequently associated with an increase in employee productivity and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Members, you’ll like this: we’ve added 8 more city-wide locations for you to work from! We’re making progress every day to grow our list of partner spaces, giving you the freedom to work anywhere you need to. We all know that time is money, and less time spent commuting means more time to earn. And sometimes, getting out of our everyday work environment is just what we need to get those creative juices flowing.

Here’s the low-down on what you can find in the newly added locations:

Venture Avenue, Jurong East

The up-and-coming second CBD Jurong East has a lot going for it. Everything you could need, from medical to shopping to fitness to food, it’s got it all. At the swanky Vision Exchange Building, you’ll have panoramic views of Jurong Lake, Bukit Timah Hill and the beautiful coastline. You’ll also be in easy reach of the Jurong East MRT station and bus interchange, and only 40 minutes from the airport. If you don’t already live near this area, it’s a good place to network with affluent and international executives.

Changi Business Park Central 2

The second-largest in Singapore, this business park is a favourite among banks and multinational firms — so if they are your target clients, this is the place to meet them. Your neighbours will be the likes of Standard Chartered, Credit Suisse, Citibank, JP Morgan, IBM and Cisco. The park is a mere 8-minute walk from Expo MRT Station, and if you need a quiet place to work straight after you land, it’s only 1 stop from the airport.

Vanguard Campus, Kallang Junction

This brand new building sparkles with sophistication. It’s easy to get to, being only 2 minutes from the new Bendemeer MRT Station and 7 minutes from Lavender MRT station. If you find yourself in the Kallang area, working out at Aerial Fitness Studio, CrossFit or Motionwerkz, or meeting a friend for coffee at Kilo Kallang, this is the perfect place to check in and get productive.

North Bridge Road, City Hall

A stone’s throw from the CBD, City Hall has an abundance of business and entertainment happenings. When working in this area, you’ll be able to pop into Raffles City and Peninsula Plaza on your lunch break, browse the galleries on Stamford Road for inspiration and grab a drink or two at your favourite bar after the end of a productive day. Plus, it’s a convenient 5-minute walk from City Hall MRT Station.

Robinson Road, CBD

We’re guessing many of your clients are based in the CBD and you may be getting tired of commuting in and out of the busy area so often. That’s why this location is so great. You can cut the commute and maximise your working time between meetings. It’s also a great place to expand your network and meet potential clients. Plus, you have the added enjoyment of gazing out at stunning views of Marina Bay.
