Coworking spaces have implemented strict safe-management protocols to stay COVID-safe

Post on July 4, 2021

As Singapore gradually reopens and restrictions are eased, safe management practices are in place to ensure that flexible workspaces remain COVID-safe.

Our members are our top priority and we have worked closely with each of our workspace partners to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our coworking community.

All of our partner coworking spaces are following government workplace safety guidelines and have implemented the following stringent safety measures to keep you safe.

Flexible workspaces have reconfigured their common areas to ensure workers are spaced 1m apart and groups kept to a maximum of 5.

Hot desking zones, lounges and meeting rooms have strict occupancy limits and desks and seating areas have been spaced out. All coworking spaces have clear signage with markings on tables and chairs to help enforce safe distancing measures.

All of our partner coworking spaces have implemented heightened cleaning measures. Common areas are being disinfected more frequently and the sanitisation of high touchpoint surfaces has been significantly increased.

Health and safety guidelines are clearly displayed throughout hot desking and common areas and masks must be worn at all times. Complimentary hand sanitisers are also provided.

Visitors must also check in using the TraceTogether app or token.

Each of these safety measures has been implemented to ensure the health and wellbeing of our coworking community and keep flexible workspaces COVID-safe.
